The administrative building of the Lithuanian Cooperative Union, located at the intersection of Gedimino Avenue and A. Stulginskio Street, is an exceptional example of late modernist architecture.

The innovative and organic architectural solutions of Justinas Šeiboks harmoniously blended into the already formed urban fabric. The slightly undulating terraces of the building interpret and reproduce the baroque style of Vilnius Old Town in a unique way.

Architectural revival of the building focuses on maintaining the existing spirit of the building. Minimal additions and renovations externally highlight and honor its existing features and heritage while interior solutions adapt to suit contemporary needs. The building does not change in its form and materiality, an important part is its recognition and a farsight in to adaptive functional use.
