Located in Žemoji Freda, at the intersection of a new pedestrian route connecting Kaunas city centre with Aleksotas and the revitalised O. H. Minkovskių Street, this project marks the gateway to a new urban district. The masterplan reveals the natural character of the river valley and Aleksotas hillside while creating strong functional and spatial connections for future growth. A contemporary architectural identity is shaped through green corridors that unify the neighbourhood while giving each block its own character. Varied building volumes, roof forms, window rhythms, and material palettes create a dynamic streetscape, inviting courtyards, and a lively skyline enriched with terraces, balconies, and carefully integrated architectural details.
