The orangerie house

The house project is situated on a plot with a pier, which stands out in shape and size from the dense settlement of Domeikava. The architecture of the building orientates all the main spaces towards the body of water and the garden. The dwelling house is a composition of two archetypal volumes connected by an entrance space. The outbuilding contains a conservatory visible from the living space and harmoniously integrates into the function of the house. Laconic volumes, color, texture, light, silhouette, proportion, and angles are essential tools in the composition of this house.
