VOUL

Responding to the urban context, the new architectural conversion vision aims to transform it into an open, permeable, and multifunctional mixed-use quarter that harmoniously combines residential and commercial functions. The concept of interwar volunteers and settlers is revived here through the urban structure, forming safe, vibrant pedestrian avenues, active ground floors, and cozy squares that foster a sense of community among modern city dwellers. Meanwhile, the wild natural past—historic wetlands and marshlands—is ingeniously transformed into high-quality, sustainable landscape architecture solutions.
